This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead how we think about HR operations, compensation, benefits, and the broader employee value proposition as we scale.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll bring structure to how we design compensation, ensure equity across teams, and evolve our benefits to meet the needs of a growing, high-performing organization. At the same time, you'll oversee key HR operations functions. This includes payroll as well as managing our HR tech stack to ensure our systems and processes scale with us.
You'll lead a team responsible for HR operations while partnering closely with Talent, Finance, and executive leadership to align total rewards with business outcomes. This role will report directly into the VP, People and Talent.
Here's What You'll Do:
  • Shape our total rewards strategy
    • Build upon and evolve a total rewards approach that supports A360's growth strategy, values, and stays competitive in the WealthTech space
    • Bring a clear, data-driven perspective on how we attract and retain top talent with our rewards package
  • Lead compensation design and execution
    • Develop and refine salary bands, leveling frameworks and incentive programs
    • Assist with annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and team equity planning
  • Advance pay equity
    • Evaluate compensation across teams to ensure fairness and consistency - This includes ensuring that compensation is competitive within the industry
    • Identify gaps and implement solutions that strengthen equitable pay practices across the organization
  • Enhance benefits
    • Continuously assess and evolve our benefits offerings to meet employee needs
    • Partner with external vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and strong utilization
  • Oversee HR operations
    • Lead a team responsible for payroll and HR systems
    • Ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and scalable processes
    • Manage and grow a team supporting HR operations and total rewards
  • Partner across the business
    • Work closely with TA leaders on hiring competitiveness
    • Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership on headcount planning

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Total Rewards
  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Deep expertise in building and scaling compensation programs, including benchmarking and incentive design
  • Proven experience conducting and acting on pay equity analyses
  • Strong understanding of benefits strategy and vendor management
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll. ATS system a plus
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing teams, including HR operations or shared services functions
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the organization

The estimated base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000 + bonus & equity.
