What you will do:
  • Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of health care benefits for employees and retirees, and the Caterpillar PPO Network providers
  • Administers Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee data and provider data in line with company.
  • Participates in Total Rewards related projects, interacting and communicating with internal and external partners.
  • Performs qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on Total Rewards related programs to support business.
  • Ensures compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee and provider data in line with company policies.

What you will have:
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
