Job description

???? Senior Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Location: Gretna, NE

Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000+ (Base + Performance Incentives)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM (No Weekends)

About the Role

AutoShop Recruiting is working with a high-performing, multi-location automotive repair group in the Omaha metro area. We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor who can sell all day long — on the phone, in person, and through follow-up. This is a pure production role. No management duties. No shop leadership responsibilities. If you love the front counter, love customers, love closing work, and want to be paid extremely well for what you produce, this is the opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Greeting guests and building trust from the moment they walk in or call.
  • Presenting repair recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Following up on open estimates and deferred work to maximize approved labor and parts.
  • Communicating fluidly with technicians to ensure accurate and complete estimates.
  • Delivering a consistent experience that keeps customers coming back.
  • Keeping the energy upbeat, the workflow moving, and the sales numbers strong.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven success as a high producing Service Advisor or Automotive Sales Professional.
  • A natural closer who enjoys the chase and the win.
  • Someone who can stay composed, confident, and personable in a fast-paced shop environment.
  • Strong phone skills and in-person communication presence.
  • The ability to manage ticket flow, estimates, and customer expectations without handholding.
  • Integrity and pride in treating customers the right way.

What You Get

  • A strong base pay with significant upside for top performers.
  • No weekends so you can enjoy your personal life and family time.
  • A team environment where your production is supported, not micromanaged.
  • The opportunity to work in a busy, well-run, trusted shop group where there is always work to sell.

If you are a top-tier advisor who knows how to sell, build relationships, and drive revenue, we would love to talk with you.
