This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for owning a high-value book of business, driving significant ticket revenue, and serving as a top producer within the sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, high-output seller with a proven track record in sports ticket sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing our footprint. This role will work out of our San Francisco office 3x/week.
Revenue Generation & Sales Execution

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets, serving as a production leader on the sales team.
  • Manage a full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, close, and renewal.
  • Sell across the full menu of ticket products including season tickets, partial plans, premium seating, hospitality experiences, and multi-game packages.
  • Develop and present customized proposals that reflect the unique goals and interests of each client.

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of repeat clients, cultivating long-term relationships that drive renewals and referrals.
  • Deliver a personalized, high-touch experience for clients and their guests on match day and throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined book of business, ensuring continuity and a high standard of client service.

Collaboration
  • Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture by modeling strong work ethic, creative problem-solving, and professionalism.
  • Partner with the Sales Manager on strategy development and new vertical identification.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, community relations, and game presentation to support theme nights, affinity events, and fan experiences.

Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect and client activity within CRM and ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Archtics, TIXR, or similar).
  • Manage personal pipeline with a high degree of organization and self-direction, proactively flagging revenue opportunities and risks to the Sales Manager.
  • Support game day execution, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of ticket sales experience in professional or collegiate sports required.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals in a sports sales environment.

  • Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture.
  • Passion for women's soccer and familiarity with the NWSL landscape a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days as required.
