Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women's National Team legends-Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne-in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women's soccer as we know it. Position Summary
Bay FC is seeking a Ticket Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated, and passionate seller committed to growing the Bay FC fanbase. The Sales Executive will be a full menu seller, focused on generating new business through Season Tickets, Group Sales, Mini Plans, and Premium Hospitality. This full-time position reports to the Senior Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will be able to start within two weeks of accepting an offer. This role will work out of our San Francisco office 4x/week.
Responsibilities
  • Sell a full menu of ticket products for Bay FC via phone, email, and face-to-face presentations. Products include, but are not limited to, full and partial ticket packages, premium tickets, group tickets, and premium hospitality packages.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Make outbound sales calls each day with the goal of generating new ticket revenue.
  • Complete individual metrics set each week and maintain records of all sales prospecting and customer conversations in our CRM system.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Desire to build and grow a career in sports
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Women's soccer/NWSL knowledge a plus

Compensation
The anticipated compensation for this role starts at $22/hour, plus commissions.
