Job description

The Houston Texans are seeking an individual for the position of Gameday - Ticket Resolution Ambassador.

Job Function: Help resolve mobile ticketing issues that occur on gameday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work all Houston Texans and LSSE gamedays.
  • Assist and troubleshoot mobile ticketing issues on gamedays.
  • Educate guests on digital and general ticketing processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Ticket Operations Coordinator and Senior Director of Ticket Operations.

Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel and fans at NRG Stadium and/or NRG Park during Houston Texans football games and other Club events; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and/or at NRG Stadium/NRG Park as may be assigned and not in a telecommuting manner.
Skills Required:
  • Knowledgeable of functions and usage of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
  • Proficiency in usage of desktop computer
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
  • Ability to work independently and with fellow employees in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Ability to project a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Ability to act proactively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Job requires walking around and standing for prolonged periods of time in various Club premises in and around Reliant Stadium and Reliant Park, as may be assigned.

Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Customer Service or Ticketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with Archtics ticketing system preferred.

Reports to: Ticket Operations Coordinator
