Job description

Description
The Sr. Technical Developer/Instructor will provide support by developing and updating the training curriculum.
In addition, the Sr. Technical Developer/Instructor will provide support in:
  • Development of Job Duty Task Analysis' (JDTA), Front End Analysis' (FEA).
  • Development of Simulation and Tactical and Operational scenarios.
  • SME/Instructor support and training execution for the SSDS/Aegis courses as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 6 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
  • Familiarization with SSDS program and mission for SSDS position.
  • Familiarization with Aegis Weapon System for the Aegis position
  • Familiarization with one or more of the following: TAO, AAWC Senior Warfare coordination, Combat System Operations and Communication.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
