  • Establish clear expectations, priorities, coverage, and accountability for the Careers function.
  • Oversee and coordinate new manager onboarding, including welcome plans, orientation, introductions, system access, training assignments, travel, and required documentation.
  • Partner with Learning and Development, Operations, Culinary, Human Resources, and restaurant leadership to deliver a consistent, high-quality employment experience for those in the office and in the field.
Corporate Office Management
  • Function as the GM of the corporate office and maintain an organized, attractive, and guest-ready environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, maintenance, vendors, mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain corporate records, forms, templates, directories, and organizational charts.
  • Coordinate office coverage, time-off calendars, and work-from-home requests, subject to leadership approval.
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness of the office including but not limited to personally supporting housekeeping responsibilities and engaging the appropriate team members or a third party in supporting proper cleanliness and maintenance.
Executive and Project Support
  • Serve as an Executive Assistant to the Partners which at times includes supporting or handling personal errands.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and partner-requested deliverables.
  • Support leadership meetings, company events, restaurant openings, task-force travel, and special projects.
  • Escalate missed deadlines, coverage concerns, and unresolved matters as appropriate.

  • Coordinate workflows among the Careers, Operations, and field leadership.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, documentation, deadlines, and administrative follow-through.
  • Route employee and leadership requests to the appropriate resource while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and separation of responsibilities.
  • Maintain licenses, permits, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
Systems and Administration
  • Coordinate approved employee system access and account setup.
  • Assist with basic system and user-access matters.
  • Run and distribute reports, rosters, and organizational information.
  • Support companywide communications and the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
