Job description

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist IT & Security Recruiting

Location: Roanoke, VA (Preferred), Corpus Christi, TX, Abilene, TX, Shreveport, LA, Fort Wayne, IN
Secondary Locations: Columbus, OH; Tulsa, OK
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday Friday (effective September 14, 2026)
Training: Remote during the first month only, beginning the week of August 10, 2026
Residency Requirement: Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location.

W2 Rate - $37-43/hr depending on experience

Required Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience supporting professional and management-level positions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms.
  • Experience recruiting IT and Cybersecurity professionals strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and affirmative action practices.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Preferred Experience


  • Corporate recruiting experience supporting technical organizations.
  • IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Information Security, or Cybersecurity recruiting experience.
  • Experience developing diverse candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting initiatives.
