Overview:
TP-Link is seeking a strategic and business-minded Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the company's talent acquisition function and help shape the workforce that will drive our next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational excellence, balancing executive partnership, team leadership, recruiting expertise, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. This individual will champion an exceptional candidate experience while building scalable recruiting programs that support a rapidly growing technology organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to anticipate workforce needs, succession requirements, and critical talent gaps.
  • Translate business strategies into proactive recruiting initiatives that ensure organizational readiness for future growth.
  • Provide competitive market intelligence, labor market trends, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations to executive leadership.

Workforce Planning & Business Partnership
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent availability.
  • Conduct regular talent planning sessions with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and prioritize critical roles.
  • Develop recruiting strategies tailored to each business function while balancing speed, quality, diversity, and cost.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners to align hiring initiatives with broader people strategies.

Talent Acquisition Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcing professionals.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and recruiting standards while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Create career development opportunities that strengthen recruiting capabilities across the team.
  • Build a culture focused on innovation, customer service, and operational excellence.

Executive Recruitment & Critical Hiring
  • Oversee recruitment for executive, leadership, technical, and business-critical positions.
  • Personally lead searches for senior leadership and strategically important roles.
  • Build strong external talent networks to proactively engage high-caliber passive candidates.
  • Partner with executives throughout the hiring process to ensure thoughtful selection decisions.

Employer Brand & Talent Marketing
  • Develop and strengthen TP-Link's employer value proposition to enhance brand recognition in competitive talent markets.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to promote TP-Link as an employer of choice.
  • Expand strategic partnerships with universities, professional organizations, industry associations, and community organizations.
  • Lead campus recruiting and early career initiatives that build sustainable talent pipelines.

Recruiting Operations & Process Excellence
  • Establish scalable recruiting processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and hiring quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, AI capabilities, and talent acquisition tools.
  • Ensure recruiting practices support compliance, consistency, and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process automation and operational best practices.

Talent Intelligence & Analytics
  • Develop recruiting dashboards and executive reporting that provide meaningful insights into hiring performance.
  • Utilize data to evaluate recruiting effectiveness, forecast hiring trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor key metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, hiring manager satisfaction, candidate experience, offer acceptance, sourcing effectiveness, and diversity outcomes.
  • Present strategic talent insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Diversity, Inclusion & Candidate Experience
  • Develop innovative strategies that expand diverse talent pipelines and promote equitable hiring practices.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects TP-Link's values throughout every stage of the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Promote inclusive interviewing practices and partner with hiring teams to reduce bias and improve hiring decisions.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated success developing enterprise recruiting strategies within a high-growth technology or fast-paced organization.
  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Proven ability to recruit across technical, engineering, corporate, sales, and executive functions.
  • Strong leadership experience coaching and developing recruiting professionals.
  • Expertise leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to drive strategic decision making.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing technologies, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering results in a dynamic business environment.

Salary range: $160,000-$200,000
