Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior Talent Advisor - Corporate to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead talent acquisition strategies that attract and secure top talent aligned with business objectives.

  • Develop diverse sourcing channels and talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions.

  • Enhance recruiting effectiveness through data-driven analysis, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure recruitment activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, policies, and organizational standards.

  • Influence and coach stakeholders throughout the hiring process to strengthen talent outcomes and decision-making.
