Position Overview
The Senior Talent Advisor/ Recruiter sources, screens, interviews, assesses, and place high-caliber candidates for open exempt client roles. The advisor partners directly with clients to meet hiring needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates traditional and advanced candidate research strategies for qualified presentations to open client roles.
    Tools used are ATS systems, candidate sourcing tools, and referral networks. Key performance indicator are time of candidate presentation.
  • Recruitment Cycle Management: Conduct assessments, screenings, interviews, and reference checking with a 60 day or less average time-to-fill.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand job requirements, present qualified candidates, and provide market insights, maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain candidate pools for proactive staffing.
  • Process Efficiency: Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to optimize sourcing and placement processes.
  • Team Contribution: Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to share best practices, supporting individual and team revenue goals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Senior Talent Advisor (6+ years):
  • Extensive recruiting experience in a staffing agency with the ability to drive top line individual revenue.
  • Developed expertise in exempt contingency search, exempt contract staffing, and knowledge of retained search practices.
  • Advanced negotiation skills, client management and market analysis skills, and the ability to mentor mid-level and junior talent advisors (recruiters).
