Job Summary
As a Strategic Analyst on our Corporate Strategy team, you will be involved in research and recommendations for the strategic land and sales position of the organization. You will work collaboratively as a team and take ownership of your own projects and regional offices. One of the most rewarding parts of this role is collaborating with senior leadership and impacting the vision and goals of Fischer Homes.
This position is 100% onsite in Erlanger, Ky.
You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Make decisions by data and technical information to limit risk.
  • Utilize AI as an avenue for creating efficient, trustworthy, and repeatable processes and deliverables.

These skills will be used to:
  • Complete competition analyses and land acquisition packets to evaluate proposed communities' market competitiveness considering current conditions.
  • Research and find demographic information, historical sales data, economic data, inventory analysis, and other data to forecast strategic positioning needs and identify trends in the housing market and land development.
  • Analyze data to complete miscellaneous analyses and reports as needed.
  • Create presentations and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Communicate effectively externally with competitors and data providers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in data analytics, finance, or strategic planning.
  • Four (4) year degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
  • Sound judgment, strong desire to learn, stellar customer interface abilities, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Physical demands and work environment:
  • Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
