Job description

We are seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX, to help patients achieve their communication and swallowing goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of varying ages and backgrounds.
โ€ข Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
โ€ข Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to address patient goals.
โ€ข Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
โ€ข Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress.
โ€ข Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
โ€ข Stay current with advancements in the field through continued education and training.
Qualifications:
โ€ข Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
โ€ข Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
โ€ข Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
โ€ข Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Experience:
