Job description

EdTech Operations Specialist (Entry-Level)

Location: Bay Area, CA (On-site, multi-center support)

Type: Full-time | Hourly ($25/hour)

About the Role

We're looking for an Entry-Level EdTech Operations Specialist to support daily operations across our centers and work closely with center managers. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn how education operations work in real environments.

Growth & Career Development

We are a new and growing personalized learning brand.

We currently operate multiple centers while expanding, with plans to continue opening more locations across the Bay Area.

This role is designed to grow alongside the company.

You will begin by supporting day-to-day operations and center managers. As we open more centers, your scope, ownership, and responsibilities will expand, with opportunities to take on larger operational initiatives and grow into a more senior operations role over time.

Growth is based on performance, ownership, and team needs - not just tenure.
What You'll Do
Role Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations across multiple learning centers
  • Collaborate with center managers to ensure smooth and consistent execution
  • Assist with cross-center communication and coordination
Manager & Team Support
  • Work closely with center managers through ongoing check-ins
  • Support alignment, follow-ups, and continuous improvement
  • Grow into a coaching and leadership support role over time
Meetings & Projects
  • Support regular manager meetings and ongoing initiatives
  • Assist with tracking priorities and next steps across teams
On-Site & Cross-Center Support
  • Provide in-person support across Bay Area centers as needed
  • Support launches, events, and new initiatives

Who This Role Is For
  • Someone early in their career who wants hands-on operations experience
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-world environments
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator who enjoys helping others solve problems

Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, education, tutoring centers, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Comfortable traveling between locations in the Bay Area
  • Interest in education, personalized learning, or operations

Compensation & Benefits
  • $25/hour
  • Opportunities for growth into senior operations or management roles

Important Notes
  • This is an on-site, field-based role
  • Not a remote position
  • Must be based in the Bay Area and able to travel between centers
