Your Sales Coordinator duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Position Summary

This temporary, part-time position supports sales efforts at designated communities to drive tours and referrals utilizing the sales CRM software and other existing web-based sales and marketing resources.

Essential Functions

Sales

  • Utilize technology solutions to respond to sales inquiries at designated properties in a timely manner.
  • Drive on-site tours by developing existing leads and coordinating with on-site teams.
  • Track and report all lead cultivation and sales activity utilizing the sales CRM.

Marketing

  • Utilize new and existing marketing collateral to maintain existing relationships with referral sources through email, video and CRM text options.
  • Support event promotion efforts of the on-site teams utilizing web-based resources.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Working Requirements

  • Able to do occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work predetermined schedule during regular business hours at the home office.
  • Team Member is subject to outside environment conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
