What is a senior software engineer team lead?

Senior Software Engineer Team Leads are experienced software engineers who not only contribute to coding and technical design but also lead and mentor a team of developers. Their role bridges the gap between hands-on engineering work and leadership, helping drive both innovation and team growth.
