About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to handle a variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and small remodeling projects across our local area.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $65,000 – $89,000+ per year (Hourly rate equivalent: $33.00 – $43.00/hr, based on experience and productivity)

Company Vehicle Provided: Fully equipped service van with fuel, insurance, and maintenance covered (save thousands on personal vehicle expenses!).

Consistent Work-Life Balance: Monday – Friday day shift schedule (NO mandatory weekends).

What You’ll Do

  • Execute Multi-Trade Projects: Perform high-quality home repairs, carpentry (finish work, trim, doors/windows), drywall repairs, tile, and light fixture replacements.
  • Work Independently: Manage your time on-site efficiently from start to finish, troubleshooting issues and completing jobs safely and accurately.
  • On-Site Estimating & Customer Service: Diagnose customer problems, create accurate project estimates, explain options clearly, and build strong client relationships.
  • Maintain Safety & Cleanliness: Work safely overhead and in tight spaces, while keeping customer homes and your company-provided service vehicle clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ Years of Hands-On Experience: Proven expertise as a lead carpenter, senior repair specialist, or master handyman across multiple trades.
  • Self-Motivated & Autonomous: Ability to manage job sites independently, solve complex problems on the fly, and take full ownership of your work.
  • Customer-First Mindset: Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and a courteous demeanor when working in client homes.
  • Tools & Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable) and your own set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, work overhead, and comfortably use ladders and scaffolding.
