How does a Senior Security Guard typically coordinate with other departments during an incident?

A Senior Security Guard often acts as a liaison between the security team and other departments, such as facilities management, HR, or local law enforcement, especially during incidents. They are responsible for ensuring clear communication, documenting events, and directing the response efforts according to established protocols. This role requires quick decision-making and the ability to delegate tasks effectively within their team while keeping other stakeholders informed. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as the Senior Security Guard may need to organize debriefings and implement follow-up actions after the incident.

What are Senior Security Guards?

Senior Security Guards are experienced security professionals responsible for overseeing the safety and security of people, property, and premises. They typically supervise other security staff, coordinate emergency response procedures, and ensure that all security protocols are followed.
