Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales/Project Manager to join our team and help us grow. You will be the primary point of contact from the initial sales consultation and ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, and to our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has deep experience in custom cabinets with a proven track record of managing construction timelines.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales & Estimating: Responsible for bringing in new clients and sales accounts.
Meet with homeowners, and designers to define project scope & provide material expertise.
Technical Project Oversight: Manage site measurements and coordinate with estimators & drafters to ensure designs are translated into quality production.
Client & Internal Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, addressing client concerns and reporting progress to senior management to ensure 100% satisfaction.
 
Industry Expertise: 3–5+ years of custom cabinetry experience. NO CABINET EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY!
Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, construction methods and materials.
 
Leadership & Soft Skills
Organizational Leadership: High attention to detail with the ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
