What You'll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional projects that improve sales operations, streamline processes, and support business growth
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Leadership to deliver strategic initiatives on time and drive operational excellence. 
  • Analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and support sales forecasting to provide actionable business insights.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • A collaborative, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Project Leadership. Lead and manage sales operations projects from planning through implementation. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives. 
  • Process Improvement. Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. 
  • Project Planning. Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports. 
  • Reporting & Analytics. Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure project success and sales effectiveness. 
  • Sales Support. Support sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • Customer Communication: Requires strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers to drive projects and business objectives. 
  • Document Business Requirements. Gather, document, and translate business needs into practical operational and actionable solutions. 
  • Change Management. Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and initiatives by developing communication plans, training resources, and user adoption strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase productivity, and enhance the overall sales organization.
  • General Duties. Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or a related field 
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Business Operations. 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. 
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting a high-growth sales organization
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
