Job Overview

The Senior Manager, HCC Risk Management & Tool Business Process Owner (BPO)isa critical global role within the Health Care Compliance (HCC) organization, responsible for end-to-end leadership of HCC risk management processes and the associated compliance tools that enable these processes on a worldwide scale. This individual will report to the Director, Data Management & Technology Operations and will work cross-functionally across the Director's data enablement team to ensure that process and system designs enable high data quality, robust analytics, and data-driven insights. The Senior Manager leads through influence as the global Business Process Owner,defining and governing how critical HCC risk management activities are executed via technology tools. The role's scope is broad and future-facing, covering current platforms (such as Risk Assessment & Issue Management (RAMI), Fair Market Value (FMV) calculators, and Cross-Border Interactions (CBI) management systems) as well as emerging HCC risk management and enablement tools introduced over time. By collaborating closely with a dedicated Technology Product Owner (TPO) and Information Technology partners, the BPO ensures that business requirements are translated into effective technical solutionsand thecompany's HCC tools effectively support a proactive, data-driven compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global Business Process Owner for HCC risk management and compliance enablement processes, including (but not limited to) risk assessment & issue management (RAMI), Fair Market Value (FMV) determination tools, and Cross-Border Interactions (CBI)Tool.

  • Define andmaintainglobal process standards, policies, and business rules for these areas, ensuring consistent, compliant execution across all regions and sectors in alignment with the HCCprogram'sframework and regulatory requirements.

  • Continuously evaluate,simplifyand improveworkflows for efficiency, user experience, and compliance effectiveness.

  • Partner with the Data Enablement & Analytics teams to design tools and data models that support scalable reporting and advanced analyticsandtimelyinsights for the HCC program.

  • Lead the intake and translation of business needs into detailed requirements (e.g.epics, user stories, functional specifications) and partner closely with the HCC Technology Product Owner (TPO) and IT to ensure technical design and delivery meet those needs.

  • Drive stakeholder communications and change management activities to promote awareness, training, and adoption of tool enhancements, thereby maximizing the business value and compliance impact of these solutions

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent degreein Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

  • Preferred:Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Compliance, Legal, Risk,Project Management,or Ethicsrelated).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum8+years experience

  • Demonstratedtrack recordof improving or managing compliance business processes and implementing or supporting enterprise tools/systems (such as compliance or finance applications) that enforce controls and enable efficient operations.

  • Ability to collaborate across departments (e.g.compliance, IT, legal, business units) and to drive process improvements and technology initiatives from concept through implementation.

  • Proven ability to influenceand engage senior leadersand end-users, communicate complex compliance concepts clearly, and drive alignment without direct authority.

  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective decisionmaking and problemsolving capabilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Information Technology, Healthcare Compliance, Finance Regulatory, or Quality industry.

  • Familiarity with information management systems and applications

  • Process excellence training and certification preferred.

  • Project Management certification preferred.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
