The primary responsibility of the Large Group Senior Employee Benefits Consultant is to manage their assigned book of business with a high level of independence and autonomy. The Senior Employee Benefits Account Executive will have a comprehensive knowledge base of Employee Benefits, including funding mechanisms, compliance requirements, and benefit trends. The Senior Employee Benefits Account Executive is a coach and mentor for the team and uses discretionary judgment on advanced tasks and special projects that support the success of the Employee Benefits Team and the firm

  • e:Work with producers on new business opportunities, including attending initial prospect visits and/or finalist presentations to understand the group's culture and company details and establish a working relationshi
