Probate Litigation & Administration Senior Associate/Senior Counsel | Remote in California

$160,000–$260,000/year + bonus opportunities

In this role, you’ll handle sophisticated trust and estate matters from inception through trial, including legal research, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, negotiations, hearings, and client counseling.

• Admission to the California Bar
