About the Role

100% remote, work-from-home insurance job opening for an accomplished leader to assume the role ofย Vice President, Workersโ€™ Compensation Claims. This is a multi-faceted role with involvement in developing claims handling strategies, analyzing claims data, conducting case review to ensure compliance, emphasizing customer satisfaction, and overseeing the largest or most complex claims. As a leader youโ€™ll be involved with personnel issues related to recruitment, hiring, and onboarding as well as training, development, and performance management.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of related insurance industry experience; TPA experience is required.
  • Demonstrated Workersโ€™ Compensation leadership experience, particularly large teams with managers reporting directly to you. Adaptability and expertise navigating leading remote employees is highly desired.
  • Candidates must reside within the Central Time Zone or Eastern Time Zone.
