Senior Project Manager - Construction (Multi-Family Residential)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale multi-family residential construction projects. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee all phases of construction while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive project planning and scheduling from pre-construction through completion
  • Manage and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and strong performance
  • Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking and forecasting per project
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and enforce strict safety protocols on all job sites
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to drive project success

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing multi-family residential construction projects valued at $80M-$100M+
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teams
