Job Summary:

The Engineer VII - Senior Program Manager will apply creativity, foresight, and mature judgment to anticipate and resolve unprecedented problems. This role involves making authoritative decisions and recommendations that significantly impact extensive organizational activities. The Engineer VII will prioritize and reconcile directions from competing interests while managing programs with complex features.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a major program team for the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proficient with electronic communications (e-mail, text) and standard office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 15+ years of prior experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a program manager.
