  • Orchestrate activities across multiple cross-functional workstreams to ensure priorities, deliverables, and follow-through are aligned.
  • Run effective meetings, prepare materials, document decisions and actions, and track commitments through closure.

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams and keeping teams aligned on milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and constructively challenge unclear ownership, timelines, or dependencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Hands-on delivery mindset with the ability to orchestrate and roll up sleeves as needed.
  • Experience in enterprise AI, data, technology risk, or governance programs is strongly preferred.
  • Biopharma or life sciences experience is a plus.

  • Strong judgment and ability to escalate appropriately.
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Success Measures
  • Clear ownership and accountability across all workstreams.
  • Timely identification and resolution of risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Reliable tracking of milestones, decisions, and completion evidence.
  • Strong cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution through year-end.
  • A sustainable program operating rhythm that the Responsible AI team can continue after the engagement.
