Senior Product Owner at TSI
Bring your skills to create and enhance solutions for TSI's wide product line. Understand complex, enterprise software ecosystems to create simple, easy to use solutions. Partner closely with stakeholders, engineers, and other Product Owners at TSI to translate product vision and customer outcomes into detailed requirements, and help manage delivery of high quality products.
The Senior Product Owner is a key member of the software development team. You are passionate about advocating for the customer and driving high-quality, efficient processes. You have excellent product instincts and a willingness to be agile and challenge established thinking, where necessary.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will:
  • Gather input from stakeholders to translate product vision and customer outcomes into detailed product requirements to meet customer needs
  • Understand the software user experience and product design to create well-reasoned product requirements for further UX design and iteration
  • Understand complex product requirements, write user stories with appropriate level of content to guide developers and QA, and continuously monitor and manage backlogs and priorities
  • Work closely with software development team to refine stories, establish sprint plans, and plan software release schedules
  • Work with product managers to maintain a comprehensive product roadmap
  • Understand complex technology requirements, with the ability to understand technical options and impacts to technical infrastructure during discussions with software development teams
  • Understand sequencing of business and technical dependencies of software across the entire software ecosystem
  • Understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios to partner with the QA team, including functional and user acceptance testing to ensure release readiness for new features
  • Become a subject matter expert in your products and their underlying software to support internal and external customers, including triaging any identified system defects
  • Perform data analysis on key product metrics to quickly understand customer interaction and areas of opportunity
  • Work with the wider organization and assist with the tasks necessary to make a developed product market-ready
  • Collaborate-partner well with a diverse and passionate team, considering the organization's entire infrastructure when making changes and improvements
  • Ownership-provide leadership to ensure successful outcomes and delivery of innovative quality solutions
  • Learn-adapt quickly to an evolving market and emerging trends, bringing a passion to learn TSI products, industries, and customers

What Do You Need?Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Associate's Degree with 2+ years of equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience working in a software development, business analyst, marketing, or engineering capacity (7+ years of experience with an Associate's Degree)
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on products from initial requirements to launch
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
  • Manage and prioritize complex simultaneous projects
  • Experience working with Agile teams and Scrum methodology

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $120,000- $135,000 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
