Job Title: Sr. Product Manager
Remote but must sit in these states: CA, CT, FL, IL, LA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI and Washington D.C.
Compensation: $140,000-$170,000

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven experience owning products from discovery through launch
  • Strong background building product roadmaps and defining product strategy
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous business and user problems
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Experience using product analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to drive decisions
  • AI fluency with a solid understanding of LLMs, AI capabilities, and practical business applications
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make product tradeoff decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or supporting AI-powered products
  • Consumer/B2C product management background
  • SaaS product experience
  • EdTech or education industry experience
  • Experience working in mission-driven organizations
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives focused on increasing student engagement and improving learning outcomes through innovative educational technology. This individual will own product strategy and execution from discovery through launch, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful user experiences and AI-powered solutions for educators and students.
This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, has a strong track record of end-to-end product ownership, and is excited about leveraging AI to solve meaningful problems in education.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the roadmap for a portfolio of strategic product initiatives
  • Lead product discovery efforts through customer research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Define product vision, requirements, success metrics, and prioritization strategies
  • Drive product initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI into products and workflows
  • Use experimentation, analytics, and user feedback to validate product decisions
  • Develop detailed product briefs, requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
  • Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Executive Leadership
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and timelines
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure successful execution across workstreams
  • Monitor product performance and continuously improve outcomes based on measurable results
  • Support product launches through documentation, stakeholder communication, and go-to-market collaboration
