Description

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new customer acquisitions while managing and growing existing accounts. This role involves proactive outreach through cold calling, referrals, and qualified leads to generate new business opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative will present and promote the company's services, provide relevant information, and collaborate with prospective customers to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Additionally, they will manage an existing book of business, ensuring exceptional service, strong relationships, and high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas in line with individual and company forecast. 
  • Sell continued service opportunities to existing customers. 
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters in an assigned territory. 
  • Manage a business book that targets at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) in revenue annually.  
  • Provide presentations as required via phone and/or web conference to key decision makers. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a focus on increasing customer lifetime value. 
  • Prepare reports on sales pipeline and account status. 
  • Assist with challenging customer requests and issues as needed. 
  • Maintain accounts accurately in CRM database. 
  • Ability to meet various KPIs as set by management. 
  • Adhere to PharmaLink's branding policies and marketing strategies. 
  • Participate in ongoing sales training. 
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at one time. 
  • Coach and train customers in the use of our systems and services. 
  • Utilize best practices to improve department efficiency and revenue. 
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Inside sales, account management, or a call center environment.  
  • Associates degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.  
  • Comfort with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 
  • Proven ability to manage a current book of business while prospecting and closing new sales. 
  • Experience in High-Volume Cold Calling - Demonstrated success in a similar environment is ideal.? 
  • Comfort with Scripts & Rebuttals - Willing to follow and improve structured sales frameworks (two rebuttals per call, etc.).? 
  • Quick Thinker - Able to pivot conversations, identify pain points, and tailor responses in real-time. 
  • ?Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent). 
  • English proficiency  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. 
  • Resilience and persistence in sales outreach. 
  • Active listening and objection-handling skills. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Must pass background check and random drug screenings.
