We're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to lead licensed console and PC game projects from concept through launch. This role partners closely with external developers, publishers, and internal teams to help deliver high-quality gaming experiences that align with brand goals, production expectations, and player needs.

The ideal candidate has strong production experience, understands modern game development pipelines, and is comfortable managing multiple projects and partner relationships at the same time.

A day in the life as Sr. Producer:
  • Lead licensed console and PC game projects through all phases of development, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Partner with external developers, publishers, and platform teams to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.
  • Manage production schedules, risks, and deliverables.
  • Review game builds, creative assets, marketing materials, and milestone submissions to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal Brand, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product teams throughout development.
  • Help evaluate new licensing opportunities, development partners, and publishing initiatives.
  • Track market trends, player expectations, and platform opportunities across the gaming industry.
  • Provide regular project updates, presentations, and reporting to leadership.
  • Support problem-solving across teams and help drive projects through production challenges.
What you'll bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in console or PC game production, publishing, or interactive entertainment.
  • Experience managing external development studios and production partners.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines, certification, and digital publishing.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple partners.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with production and project management tools such as Jira, Trello or similar platforms.
  • Passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, and player-focused experiences!
Work Environment
  • Primarily onsite role with regular in-office collaboration.
  • Occasional travel for partner meetings, conferences, studio visits, and industry events.
