Job Description

The FLEX Associate Producer, Salesperson Video Program, is responsible for supporting salesperson video shoots for Nordstrom.com. The goal is to provide a great online customer experience while connecting customers with our people, stores, and Nordstrom's deep fashion expertise. The role will require strong communication and organization skills, being able to flex between prep/organization and on-set shoots. This is a flexible schedule. Hours and scheduling will vary depending on volume of work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up video set daily including filming fixtures, set laptop, and product for shoots

  • Ensure talent is prepped on product and workflow, and adhere to filming schedule to reach throughput goals per shift

  • Assist in product prep (hanging, steaming, tag and censor removal) and product wrap-up (re-tagging, boxing, shipping)

  • Coach talent on set to create engaging and valued content

  • On occasion you may be asked to supporting training for new crew members

  • Provide accurate data entry, tracking of processes, and communication with program teams

  • Provide constructive feedback on talent to assist in enhancing program vision

  • Communicate on-set progress, future needs, and process efficiencies

  • Communicate with store teams and leaders as needed to ensure smooth workflow, and provide feedback to regional leaders on any set or store issues the effect production

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years' experience on set producing video for e-commerce, commercial or retail

  • Comfortable operating in a constantly evolving environment characterized by fast and changing deadlines

  • Experience in executing video shoots from start to finish

  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint

  • Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

  • Styling experience is preferred
