    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of elite flag football talent across key domestic and international markets
    • Develop relationships with flag football organizations, coaches, trainers, tournament operators and athlete communities

  • Partner cross-functionally to build programs related to player onboarding, athlete development, wellness support and professional resources
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and advocate for player-related initiatives internally
  • Help establish and maintain a strong player culture aligned with league values and standards
  • Support communication and relationship management with players, agents, and key athlete representatives

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in player personnel, scouting, coaching, athlete development, or football operations
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Direct experience working with elite flag football athletes
  • Strong existing relationships within the flag football ecosystem, including athletes, coaches, trainers and tournament operators
  • Experience designing and executing player evaluation systems and talent identification programs
  • Demonstrated ability to assess football talent and project athlete development
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to build systems and processes from the ground up
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience leading scouts, evaluators, or football operations personnel
  • Experience with emerging leagues, Olympic sports pathways, or international competition environments

Preferred:
  • Prior experience building or leading player personnel functions for emerging leagues, Olympic pathways, or non-traditional professional sports
