Job description

We are looking for a Network Operations Engineer with strong experience in enterprise network operations, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise networks.
  • Resolve complex network issues and major incidents.
  • Perform network upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes.
  • Support LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud, and Security environments.
  • Provide escalation support to L1/L2 teams.
  • Perform RCA and implement permanent solutions.
  • Work with vendors and internal technical teams.
  • Support 24x7 operations and ITIL processes.

BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) experience preferred.
