About the Role

As the leader of the Network Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our data center and enterprise transformation strategy. In this position, you will lead a team of senior engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the strategy for all components of our enterprise and data center networks.


We are seeking a dynamic leader with:

This is a highly visible role that requires both hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to influence and execute long-term transformation initiatives across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of senior network engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute the enterprise and data center network strategy aligned with organizational goals and transformation initiatives.
  • Architect and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Drive modernization efforts, including migration to next-generation technologies and cloud integration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance network efficiency and resilience.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in data center networking technologies, including spine-leaf architectures, VXLAN, EVPN, and SDN.
  • Comprehensive understanding of network security principles, including:
  • Network segmentation and microsegmentation strategies.
  • Zero Trust architectures and secure access controls.
  • Integration of security policies into network design.
  • Experience with critical network systems and services, such as:
  • DNS/DHCP/IPAM platforms (e.g., Infoblox).
  • Load balancers (e.g., F5, Citrix, or equivalent).
  • Network monitoring and performance tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Arista Networks platforms, including EOS, CloudVision, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of next-generation networking technologies, such as:
  • Network automation and orchestration (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
