Job Description

The Senior Manager, Network Engineering, owns the technical direction, operational maturity, and business outcomes of Vuori's global network engineering function. The role carries end-to-end accountability for network architecture, platform decisions, vendor strategy, and service reliability across a highly distributed global footprint, including retail stores, corporate campuses, distribution centers, cloud environments, and edge services. This includes ownership of global network capabilities, with a core emphasis on scaling, consistency, resilience, and alwayson support as the business grows. 

The role combines strategic decisionmaking with accountable execution-setting standards, making tradeoffs, and ensuring the network consistently enables Vuori's pace of growth. The Manager partners closely with IT Infrastructure, Security, Cloud/DevOps, Workplace Technology, Retail Technology, and external service providers. 

What you'll get to do:

Leadership & Ownership 

  • Technical authority and decision owner for network engineering domains 
  • Own service outcomes, availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency 
  • Translate business growth into scalable network capabilities 

Network Architecture & Platform Strategy 

  • Distributed enterprise and retail SDWAN 
  • Firewalls, perimeter security, and segmentation 
  • Cloud and hybrid networking 
  • Load balancing and traffic management 

CloudNative & Advanced Networking 

  • VPC / VNet design 
  • Hubandspoke architectures 
  • WAF, CDN, and edge services 
Qualifications

Who you are:

  • 10+ years network engineering experience 
  • 5+ years as a people leader 
  • Proven ownership of global distributed networks 
  • Experience with WAF, CDN, cloud networking, and security platforms

The salary range for this role is $173,000 per year - $205,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
