Diverse Lynx is seeking a Senior Network Operations SME & Site Lead to serve as the primary onsite technical lead for Customer Network Operations. The role involves providing advanced L2/L3 support, managing major incidents, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure effective network operations and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead major incident and escalations management for network services. Act as primary technical liaison between Customer and TCS delivery teams.
• Provide advanced L2/L3 support for LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN and firewall technologies.
• Coordinate with ISPs, carriers, OEMs and third-party vendors for fault resolution.
• Support lifecycle refresh, EOL/EOS remediation and infrastructure modernization programs.
• Drive root cause analysis, trend analysis and service improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Weekly Operations Reviews, Monthly Service Reviews and leadership discussions.
• Support network changes, upgrades, implementation and transition activities.
• Maintain network documentation, runbooks, CMDB accuracy and knowledge repositories.
• Support network refresh and lifecycle modernization initiatives.
• Review EOL/EOS device inventory and recommend technology refresh plans.
• Coordinate site network upgrades and deployment activities
• Partner with automation teams to deploy AI-enabled NetOps and self-healing capabilities.
• Utilize SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Cisco, and other enterprise monitoring platforms.
