POSITION PURPOSE:

The Network Engineer I will plan and implement network changes while assuring proper integrity andreliabilityBluebird's optical DWDM transport and routed Internet Protocol platforms. In addition to implementing changes into the Network Elements, the position requires the ability to troubleshoot and correct any anomalies that arise from the newly implemented network modifications. The position provides Tiered support to Bluebird's front line Network Operations Center team.This position will be part of our on-call rotation with other Network Engineering Core and Provisioning team members.
