Location: Jersey City, NJ / Boston, MA
Duration: 12+ Months
Job description:
  • 7+ years of networking experience including the following
  • Zscaler (private access deployment);
  • Cisco Nexus 9K
  • Firewall code upgrade; Firewall (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet) policy audits and changes;
  • Automate network deployment and troubleshooting using Skills with python

Duties and Responsibilities
  • This role is for a Senior Network Engineer who will be part of the Global Network Operations team. Supports all Network environments for our client
  • Provide L3 Operations support for investigation, troubleshooting and resolving network communications and operations issues impacting client, backbone access, or performance
  • Design, engineer, and implement complex network solutions in a variety of disciplines, security postures, access control, and infrastructure
  • Responsible for Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management, Event Management, and Problem Management for all client environments
  • Understanding of large-scale network capacity management and modeling.
  • Proactively monitor client network performance to assess and making recommendations for improvement
  • Proactively contribute to documentation, automation and processes improvement
