As Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. continues to expand, we are looking to add a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to our growing Florida market. This is an opportunity to join an established mortgage platform designed to help experienced originators increase production while spending less time on operational tasks.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals.
  • Consult with borrowers to understand their financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions.
  • Structure loans using a broad range of conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products.
  • Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing.
  • Partner with your dedicated LOA and our in-house processing team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Grow your business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities.
  • Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Senior Loan Officer will have an active NMLS license
  • Proven success originating residential mortgage loans.
  • Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team.
