We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, Senior Paid Media Strategist, not just a campaign manager, with extensive experience developing and leading sophisticated paid media strategies that align with business objectives, translating data into actionable insights, and partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable results for our clients. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking, understands the evolving search landscape, and can confidently guide both clients and internal teams through modern paid media best practices.

This position is open only to candidates who reside in the United States and are authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Paid Media strategies that align with client business goals and drive measurable growth
  • Lead Paid Media strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Paid Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Display. Identify opportunities to optimize channel mix, audience strategy, and budget allocation to maximize performance
  • Serve as the strategic lead for assigned accounts, guiding client conversations, presenting performance insights, and delivering data-driven recommendations that connect media performance to business outcomes
  • Lead forecasting, budget planning, and performance modeling while managing multi-million-dollar annual advertising budgets and efficiency targets
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and proactively identify growth opportunities across media, measurement, creative, audiences, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Partner with analytics, creative, web, SEO, and client service teams to ensure accurate measurement, strong account performance, and a cohesive marketing strategy
  • Leverage AI-powered tools, automation, and emerging platform capabilities to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and uncover new optimization opportunities
  • Maintain a high standard of account quality, strategic excellence, and continuous improvement while staying ahead of industry trends and platform innovations
  • Mentor and support junior team members through coaching, strategic guidance, and best-practice sharing


Requirements

  • 5+ years of agency experience managing paid search campaigns and strategy
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience managing annual media budgets exceeding $1M
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to support campaign analysis, reporting, forecasting, creative ideation, and strategic planning
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution frameworks
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, measurement strategy, and performance reporting
  • Advanced analytics skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis
  • Experience translating platform metrics into meaningful business KPIs
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, offline conversion tracking and advance attribution methodologies is a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI for automation, reporting, data visualization, and use of AI-powered platforms such as: NinjaCat, Looker Studio, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, to streamline analysis, uncover strategic insights, and improve client reporting is a plus
