Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to provide comprehensive schedule development and management support for Department of the Air Force (DAF/A10) nuclear sustainment and modernization efforts, including Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) programs and new acquisitions. This role is responsible for integrating, analyzing, and maintaining a unified schedule across multiple organizations, enabling senior leaders to visualize program timelines, identify risks, and make informed decisions across the nuclear enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across DAF, MAJCOMs, and interagency partners to collect and consolidate program schedules into a unified Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Integrate and align disparate scheduling inputs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and chronological alignment of milestones and key events.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies or conflicts between multiple scheduling products.
  • Conduct critical path and dependency analysis to determine sequencing of events and identify activities that drive overall program timelines.
  • Track cross-functional relationships and dependencies, continuously updating the schedule to reflect changes in program activities.
  • Identify and assess risks and opportunities within the schedule, documenting potential impacts to program execution.
  • Develop and maintain a structured risk register, categorizing risks across strategic, compliance, financial, and operational areas.
  • Generate customized schedule products, including graphical and data-driven outputs, to support daily operations and senior leader decision-making.
  • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentation products for General Officer and Senior Executive Service-level engagements.
  • Support multiple classification levels by developing and maintaining schedule products in accordance with security requirements, including releasability to U.S. and allied partners.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and management within the Department of Defense or federal government
  • Strong understanding of program management principles, including scheduling, dependency mapping, and critical path analysis
  • Experience integrating schedules across multiple organizations and functional areas
  • Familiarity with nuclear enterprise, NC3 systems, or large-scale defense acquisition and sustainment programs
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings and visualizations
  • Active Top Secret clearance
