Job description

Master Scheduler

This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered.

The Master Scheduler will assist with CBP's Administrative Construction Project Scheduling

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Master Scheduler Responsibilities Include:

  • Creates both standard and ad-hoc briefings and reports for the Government. This process involves requesting and gathering information from subject matter experts, analyzing and validating the collected data, and preparing it for presentation. Ensures that the data is presented accurately and consistently by performing thorough quality assurance checks. This includes formatting the information in a clear and concise manner and ensuring it meets the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provides comprehensive program-level analysis and reporting support for various aspects of construction projects, including facility and infrastructure sustainment, maintenance, repair, and operational costs. Completes reporting tasks and conducts analysis to meet both internal and external requirements. Focuses on enhancing program processes and providing critical information to support decision-making. Develops reports that offer senior management insights into overall program performance and progress.
  • Develops, maintains, and continuously improves the risk management program for the construction project portfolio. Collaborates with senior management, project managers, and subject matter experts to assist in the creation of detailed project risk registers. Conducts lessons learned analyses at the end of each project to identify areas for improvement. Regularly provides updates and risk management reports to senior management, ensuring that risk identification and management strategies are consistently applied across the portfolio.
  • Performs technical reviews of project documents to ensure that the risk management strategies are applied accurately and consistently. This includes evaluating project documents for alignment with the PMO's risk management approach and making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Supports senior management by providing detailed reports and analysis that highlight key insights and trends. Ensures that the information provided aids in strategic decision-making and contributes to the overall success and efficiency of the program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Master's Degree
  • Ten years' experience
  • Must have experience using SAP (ERP System).
  • Experience in IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System preferred
  • Office management required, and data analytics experience desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
