Wilson Auto Family – Full-Time 

Pay: $40,000+ per year with strong earning potential 
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

What You’ll Do 

As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will: 

  • Perform multi-point vehicle inspections to help customers clearly understand their vehicle’s condition 

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair vehicles in a fast-paced service department 

  • Document findings and communicate them with Service Advisors and Parts Department 

  • Learn best practices from experienced technicians while building your skills through ongoing GM training programs 

  • Contribute directly to customer satisfaction and dealership success 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Basic automotive knowledge and technician experience  

  • Must own basic hand tools 

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching from peers 

  • Service shop experience preferred, but not required 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Comfortable using basic computer and diagnostic tools 

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, team-oriented environment 

  • Valid Driver’s License 

  • Available for occasional Saturdays
