  • Stakeholder Strategy & Channel Expertise
    • Work with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign requirements, leveraging your expert knowledge to provide input on channel strategy, audience segmentation, and experimentation best practices.
  • Compliance & Global Readiness
    • Maintain working knowledge of global communication compliance regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL), understanding their implications across channels and regions as Lyft expands internationally.
  • Mentorship & Team Development
    • Serve as a technical resource and growth partner for junior team members - sharing expertise on campaign best practices, platform tooling, and implementation patterns.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Drive cross-functional alignment by developing strong relationships with engineering, data science, and marketing partners, ensuring cohesive execution of key initiatives.
  • Process Improvement & Operational Scale
    • Proactively identify and lead process improvement efforts, driving efficiency gains with clear stakeholder buy-in.
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience required, minimum 3 years in communications development and campaign formation; or equivalent demonstrated scope and impact.
  • Familiarity with how email and communications are built at a systems level, with confidence navigating AI-generated code, dynamic templates, and automated pipelines.
