Job: Manufacturing Test Technician
Location: Solon, OH
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician to join a dynamic team in Solon, OH. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn advanced inspection and automation systems while working alongside experienced engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the assembly and integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components

  • Perform testing and inspections on completed systems

  • Complete test documentation and quality checklists

Experience:

  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, or schematics

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or technical experience

  • Technical school training or related coursework a plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
