This executive leadership role carries full responsibility for the site's financial performance, manufacturing operations, customer relationships, and organizational development. What You'll Lead Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve best-in-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational discipline throughout the organization. Improve manufacturing efficiency through standardized processes, performance metrics, and employee engagement.

Ensure effective utilization of equipment, labor, materials, and capital investments while driving overall plant performance. Business & Financial Leadership Own the financial performance of the North Canton operation, including full P&L responsibility. Develop annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and strategic growth initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators while identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Evaluate capital expenditures and manufacturing investments that support long-term business objectives. Leadership & Culture Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team. Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, safety, innovation, and customer focus. Develop future leaders through coaching, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Promote an inclusive, performance-driven work environment where employees are empowered to solve problems and continuously improve.

Customer & Business Development Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while ensuring outstanding quality, delivery, and service. Partner with commercial leadership to support new business opportunities, customer growth, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and operations to successfully launch new products and improve manufacturing capabilities. Represent the facility with customers, suppliers, and key business partners while reinforcing the company's reputation for quality and reliability.

What We're Looking For

Executive or senior manufacturing leadership experience within a precision machining, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products environment. Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain.

Full P&L ownership experience, including budgeting, financial planning, cost management, capital investments, and overall business performance. Strong background in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or metalworking operations. Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. Proven ability to develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze business performance and make strategic operational decisions. Experience building strong customer relationships while partnering across sales, engineering, and operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at every level of the organization. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
