Job description

You will be the Sr Manufacturing and Process Engineer (Missile Assembly) for the Pike County Operations (PCO). Our team is responsible for creating hightech solutions in advanced missile manufacturing to meet nextgeneration warfighter needs.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Sr Manufacturing and Process Engineer (Missile Assembly) you will be responsible for driving technical excellence on the production shop floor, shaping manufacturing processes, and delivering digital tools that boost productivity.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Analyzing engineering data to develop new manufacturing processes and detailed work instructions.

  • Integrating new assets and technologies into the factory.

  • Supporting areawide continuousimprovement initiatives that enhance quality and reduce cost.

  • Investigating rootcause of quality defects and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.

  • Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing process equipment and tooling.
