Job description

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technology Operations to drive our future growth. In this role, you will work with leading edge technology such as machine learning based ultra segmentation and market analysis to create next generation commercial platforms that will drive how we position and win in the market. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of new or improved digital products and solutions for Latin America. This role will translate business needs to product features and functionality to drive growthobjectives.

The Senior Manager, Technology Operations key responsibilities are:
  • Works closely with internal and Bottler stakeholders to understand business needs and demand for new or improved functionality and features of a product(s). Will design and execute solutions to address opportunities.

  • Is a SME in the Commercial area shaping key capabilities such as how we understand the market& competition and fine tune, Price/Package/Chanelcombos.

  • Will assess, capture, and translate complex business requirements into technical requirements, use cases, and execute design with clear concise documentation.

  • Sets and communicates the product strategy and roadmap.

  • Maintains the product backlog and has final decision rights on overall priority order.

  • Facilitates change management, adoption, and delivery of the product, ensuring stakeholder communication.

  • Tracks and monitors and make recommendations on theutilization,qualityand overall value of the product.

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders, product teams, and product development and engineering teams to develop and implement new functionality and resolve product issues.

MinimumRequirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent

  • 6+ of IT leadership and/or management experience

  • Data, Digital or IT Product Management and Agile/ DevOps experience, with ownership of planning, grooming, developing,implementingand tracking value of new features of digital products.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels.

  • Strong capability on data models, master data, data exploitation (conceptual + practical application)

  • Demonstrated ability to understand technicalapproach& drive technical discussions.

  • Proven analytical skills - can process information quickly to drive decisionsin a timely manner.

  • Comfort in holding team members accountable for achieving their goals.

  • Leadsbyexample,createsa sense of urgency,energyand ownership.

  • Strong senseof self- awareness, can relate well, learnquicklyand adapt tochanges in fast paced environment whileremainingcalm under pressure.

  • Experience working in multinational companies with global, cross-functional teams.

  • Advanced English skills (B2 minimum required)

Qualifications
  • Functional knowledge and experience in Commercial and or Marketing business domains

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage, or CPG industry.

  • Expertisein:

  • Revenue Growth Management through data analysisin order tooptimizeprice/product/channel combos.

  • Customer/Consumer online and offline sales models/tools

  • Market segmentation & customer prospection automation

  • MS Azure ecosystem & architecture

  • Portuguese language command a plus as the role is LATAM-wide.
