The role also emphasizes mentoring associates, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals through effective data governance and strategic analytics leadership.

The Data Analytics team drives the creation and delivery of advanced reporting and analytical solutions that support business objectives and compliance. Focused on data accuracy, governance, and quality, the team provides actionable insights through modeling and visualization. Collaborating with stakeholders, they align analytics strategies with operational goals to enable informed decisions. The team responsibly integrates modern AI tools to enhance efficiency and accelerate analytics processes. Supported by mentorship and best practices, members manage complex projects and continuously advance data-driven business performance in a dynamic environment.

  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating emerging data technologies and fostering a data-centric culture.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data technologies and advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality management, governance, and data strategy principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
